A great success. Surrey won the U18 tournament with 21 points out of a maximum of 24. Only Kent provided any opposition, and they were soundly beaten 5.5 to 2.5. CCF Succombed 7.5 to 0.5 whilst the defending champions Essex were beaten 8 - 0.
