This is a ‘Chess problem' – not from a real game but created as a challenge. You have to work out how White can checkmate Black in 2 moves, whatever Black plays. It is a tough problem (though not as tough as last year's) and you need to be sure that Black can't escape.
One hint – in chess problems the ‘key' (the first move) is not normally check.
